Unless otherwise stated, we will provide a 75% race credit towards a future RaceBase Asia event if notified in writing to hello@racebase.asia 30 days out from the event.

If notified 5 days prior to the event, a 50% race credit may be provided in case of injury or family emergency. 

No race credit will be issued within 4 days of the event or after the event. Credits will be good for one year from date of issuance. No cash refunds or transfers will be issued under any circumstance. 

All full deferrals & withdrawals processed before 1/10/2021 will be honoured.

No selling of entries is permitted.

Transfers are allowed but only before if organised 30 days out of the event. Wed cannot guarantee that bibs will have the correct name on if this happens.

No refunds or credits will be provided for dropping down in race distance.

For merchandise, there is no refund as this is handled by an outside company and orders are handled by them.

We understand that issues arise at the last minute that can prevent a runner from arriving at the start line. We incur most costs early on in the planning process, and this policy represents our ability to reasonably provide something to runners who cannot attend, while keeping our entry fees low and quality high.
